Bio



Lisa Newell





Lisa has been a successful Farmers Agency owner for over 30 years. She started her Agency after graduating from UC Irvine with BA in Social Science and minor in Psychology.

Married Tom Newell in 1990 and has two adult daughters. Lisa grew up in Orange County and moved south to beautiful San Clemente in 1995.

The office was moved from Costa Mesa to San Clemente in 1999. We are located in the Rancho San Clemente Business Park.

Terrie Gross



Licensed CSR & Account Mngr



Terrie is our large account specialist. Her knowledge and expertise help clients get the best rate and coverage. She came to us with a background in banking and loan processing. She has been with the Agency for over 12 years.



Jessica Dorman



Licensed CSR and Producer



Jessica is our Personal Lines Producer. Handling new accounts and service for existing clients. She excels at managing the industry changes/markets to find the best options for our clients.



Melissa Newell



Licensed CSR



Melissa came to work in the Agency in 2020. She quickly learned our systems and obtained her insurance licenses for P&C, Life and Health. Melissa is assisting our clients navigate Medicare options, life insurance and business insurance.



Catherina Perez



Admin & Customer Service



Cat is working the front desk, taking payments and helping with certificates. She is learning the importance of proper coverage and recently obtained her insurance license.



Heidi Grabil



Licensed CSR



Heidi processes Personal Lines renewals and helps set up new accounts. She reviews discounts and factors that contribute to apply best rates. Heidi has been with our office since 2018.
